Where can I buy tickets in advance for the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Japan?
A:
Tickets for the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Japan can be purchased in advance from outside of Japan via the online ticket sales site:

Q2:
From what age are tickets required?
A:
All spectators over 3 years of age require a ticket for reserved seats.
In a designated seating area guardians of a child younger than two years old are requested to seat their child on their laps.
If a seat is necessary a viewing ticket for that seat will need to be purchased.
Purchasing multiple seats at the same time will ensure an adjacent seating.
Q3:
I lost my ticket / I forgot my ticket. Could you issue my ticket once again?
A:
Unfortunately the tickets cannot be reissued.
Please make sure you keep your tickets safe until the end of the event.
And make sure you bring the ticket with you when you come to Twin Ring Motegi
and carry the ticket with you at all times during the event.
Q4:
Can I get an "Optional" ticket?
A:
Paddock pass/Pit-walk pass will be available for sales on the
opening day of the race (Both tickets will be valid only for the day).
Walk-up ticket won't be available if pre-sold ticket is sold out.
Q5:
Can I get a ticket at the venue?
A:
Yes. You can get a walk-up ticket.

Access

Q1:
Is there any shuttle bus running from Utsunomiya Station to the circuit?
A:
Local bus as well as Twin Ring Motegi-exclusive shuttle bus will be available.
You can get a local bus from Stop No.3 of West Exit.You can get a shuttle bus from East Exit.
Bus ride is usually approximately 90 minutes from Utsunomiya Station to Twin Ring Motegi.
However, the bus ride could be longer depending on traffic conditions.

How can I get to Twin Ring Motegi from Tokyo Station?
A:
You can get a bullet train to get to Utsunomiya Station.
Q3:
Can I get a taxi from Utsunomiya Station to Twin Ring Motegi?
A:
There is a taxi stop at East/West Exit of the station.
Taxi ride is approximately one hour, and taxi fare is roughly 13,000 yen.
Please make sure to get a race ticket in advance as you will be requested to show your ticket at the Twin Ring Motegi entrance gate.

Where can I get a rental car?
A:
There is a rental car shop at Utsunomiya Station.
Please make sure to book your rental in advance.
Please bring your international driver's license/passport with you.

Night Time Stay

Q1:
Where am I allowed to park and sleep in my car over night?
A:
Your parking pass allows you to park and sleep in your car in specified parking area on the ticket when not setting up a tent. This excludes parking areas between Super Speedway Turns 3 and 4 as well as at Turn #1.
Q2:
Is it not cold sleeping in a car?
A:
We recommend you bring blankets. You will surely get a good rest if you use earplugs and place curtains in your car windows.
Q3:
What should I do about showering when sleeping in your car?
A:
Please enjoy the simple bath soaking facility at Nozomi-no-Yu, located on the premises.
There are also various onsen facilities located around Twin Ring Motegi that you may use. For details please refer to "ONSEN & BATHS" on Over Night Square page.

Are there toilets at the parking lots for park and sleep?
A:
There are toilets in all parking areas.
Q5:
Can I set up a tent for staying over on the premises?
A:
Please use the tent setup area at either S4, Green or N5 parking areas when setting up your tent.
We ask that you take down your tents by 7:00 the following morning. Thank you for your cooperation.
Q6:
Is there anything I would need when sleeping in a car?
A:
This is not a must, but we recommend filling up your car with gasoline.
You will have more comfort if you have the following item with you:
1) Sleeping mat for cars, 2) Earplugs, 3) LED lantern, 4) Sun shades or curtains, 5) Car inverter, 6) Wet wipes and 7) Portable table and chairs

Are there facilities to brush my teeth in the morning?
A:
Potable water and sink where you can wash up are available at N5 and Green parking areas and in front of S3 Parking area.
Q8:
What should I do about food?
A:
Food and Beverage facility the "Café Restaurant Oak" will be open for service from early morning.
Q9:
Are the convenience stores near Twin Ring Motegi?
A:
A Seven-Eleven is located near Twin Ring Motegi. There is also a temporary convenience store outlet located at Over Night Square. Please enjoy the service there.

Q10:
Is BBQ allowed in the parking area?
A:
BBQ is prohibited during the day to allow as many guests to park their cars as possible. At night time however, BBQ is allowed as long as it doesn't bother the others. When doing so, please use proper BBQ stove equipment (no open flames).

Is there a tent rental on the premises?
A:
There is no tent rental service, so please bring your own. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q12:
What time does the Over Night Square at N5 Parking Area open?
A:
The gates for Over Night Square will open from 7:00 on 19 October (Friday). However, the facilities there will only operate from 18:00.

Are there food facilities at the Over Night Square?
A:
There is an area at Over Night Square where food and beverages are sold and can be consumed. Please enjoy the service.

Is there outside lighting on the premises?
A:
There are exterior lighting during night hours to secure safety against moving automobiles, but we recommend you bring your own flashlight since there are partially dark areas.

Do I need a ticket for Over Night Square?
A:
A viewing ticket will not be needed. However, a parking ticket specifically for N5 will be needed if parking there.

Can I use speakers to enjoy my music and videos in the sleeping areas?
A:
Use of speakers to broadcast music and videos in the sleeping areas is prohibited as it may annoy other guests.

* Playing instruments is also prohibited.

Is open fire or fireworks allowed on the premises?
A:
Open fires or fireworks are prohibited to prevent fires and annoying other guests.
Q19:
Are the shuttle buses that go around the premises at night time?
A:
There are buses that shuttle between Night Time Square and Nozomi-no-Yu. Please use this service to travel between the areas.

Where can I withdraw money at Twin Ring Motegi?
A:
ATM machine inside the Central Entrance Information Center is available during regular operating hours.
There may be applicable fees. Please check before use.
Q2:
Is it possible to pay with my credit card?
A:
The following cards are accepted at the Twin Ring Motegi Ticket Center
and all the Twin Ring Motegi shops and restaurants: UFJ NICOS, Honda C-card, Visa, MasterCard and JCB.
(Temporary venders and event stands may not accept credit cards. Please check before use.)

Is there any English-speaking staff?
A:
Yes. There are English-speaking staffs in place at Information Center.
Please come to Information Center when you need help.

Can I have a race commentary in English?
A:
We are sorry that English commentary won't be available.
Q5:
Is there any accommodation facility that I can use?
A:
We are sorry that all of the hotels will be fully booked during the race period.
You can use "Stay Area" where you can stay at your car, set up a camp or etc.

Is there any bus tour that I can get from Tokyo Station?
